Founded by Mike Whitaker, Michael Marooney, and Nate Wierzgac, our journey began with a simple realization. Many companies in the roofing industry make big promises, only to fall short on delivery. That’s why we built The Roofing Company on the foundation of three essential pillars: communication, consistency, and quality. For us, accountability is key.
We intentionally chose the name “The” Roofing Company because we firmly believe that actions speak louder than words. You can’t claim to be “the” anything without backing it up, and that’s precisely what we aim to do. Our name holds us accountable, pushing us to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
With our combined expertise and diverse talents, each owner brings a unique perspective to the table. This dynamic ownership structure creates a system of checks and balances that further reinforces our commitment to accountability.
